MyConvert stores a file only long enough to convert it and offer the download. Guest files are deleted after 30 minutes. Member files are kept for 24 hours. If you believe a stored file infringes a copyright you own, send a notice. Other illegal content belongs on the abuse page.
What to include
- The work you believe is infringed, described well enough to identify it.
- The MyConvert URL or job reference where the file appeared.
- Your name, email, and a statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or the owner's agent.
Mail is also accepted at [email protected]. A valid notice can lead us to purge the stored file immediately. We keep the notice (who, when, and what you described). We do not keep the file after the purge.
