About Merge PDF
Merge PDF on MyConvert joins separate PDF documents into one file you can download in the browser. People use it when a report arrived as several email attachments, when a scanner exported one PDF per chapter, or when a form and its appendix need to travel as a single packet. You do not install a desktop suite and you do not buy a merge plan. The pages stay in the order you add the files, and the result is an ordinary PDF that opens in common readers.
The service is free for guests and for signed-in members. A guest can upload files up to 25 MB each. A member can upload files up to 100 MB each. Guest results remain available for 30 minutes after the job finishes so you can download them, then the files are deleted. Members keep results for 24 hours. Those limits are the real retention rules for this tool. MyConvert is not a place to archive contracts.
Work happens on MyConvert servers, and production traffic is served over HTTPS. The browser sends the PDFs you selected, the worker appends the pages, and the site offers one download. There is no browser extension to approve. On a phone you pick the files from storage. On a larger screen you can drop them on the zone. The zone is also a button with a visible focus style, and the status line announces upload and processing progress.
Merge is the right tool when you already have PDFs and you want one document. It is a poor fit for a Word file, a set of photos, or a password-protected PDF. Password-protected files cannot be opened. Bookmarks and some form fields may not survive, so a packet that depends on those features should be checked after you download it. The tool does not reorder pages inside a single file. It appends whole files in the order you added them. Add the cover first if the cover should be first.
There is no pricing page. The product stays free and may show an advertisement below the upload area or beside a finished download. The ad slot does not cover the Download button, and advertising scripts are withheld until you allow them. You can refuse ads and still merge files. Only an essential session cookie is required so this browser can fetch the merged PDF. If a job fails, the page shows a human reason and a support reference. The whole path is: add at least two PDFs, keep the order, download one file, and let the retention window close.
Limits
Good to know

- Pages inside one source PDF are not reordered. Only whole files are appended.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is merge PDF free?
Yes. Guests and members can merge PDFs at no charge. There is no per-file fee.
How many PDFs can I merge?
You need at least two. The page accepts up to 20 files in one job, and each file must fit the size limit for your session.
Does the merge keep bookmarks and form fields?
Do not rely on it. Bookmarks and some form fields can be dropped. Check the downloaded PDF if those features matter.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
No. Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened, so remove the password in a tool you trust before you upload.
Are the uploaded PDFs deleted?
Guest files are deleted after the 30 minute download window. Signed-in files are kept for 24 hours and then deleted.
Will the page order change inside a file?
No. Each PDF is appended as a whole, in the order you added the files.
